Christmas Mission Summary – Pressing Into Busia and Beyond

We faced many challenges on the ground, but God’s grace was evident as we pressed into Busia. Despite the difficulties, we saw souls come to Christ during our open-air meetings at three different locations in Busia Town. Additionally, we held a Pastors Seminar in Nambale and celebrated a Christmas Service in Mundeku, Kakamega.

Thank you all for your prayers during this powerful mission. I must mention, however, that the church leadership in Western Kenya must re-strategize on partnership in missions. Without this, the region risks falling further behind spiritually.

As we reflect on the challenges, I am reminded of Mark 6:5:
“And he could do no mighty work there, except that he laid his hands on a few sick people and healed them.” (ESV)

This speaks to the importance of faith and unity in the work of God. May we not limit the work of the Lord in our regions but instead press on in faith and partnership to see His mighty hand move in our midst.
