Yesterday, we had an impactful Pastors Breakfast Meeting in Oklahoma, where we laid the groundwork for a citywide conference in 2025! It was a powerful time of fellowship, vision-casting, and preparing for what God is set to do in this region.
I had the privilege of teaching on Relational Leadership, emphasizing the importance of strong, kingdom-centered relationships in ministry. True leadership thrives in connection, unity, and shared purpose—and what an honor it was to share these insights with such a dedicated group of pastors and leaders!
